Analyst

Mira Sulistiyanto

At the Lab, our Analyst is an emerging international development expert and keen strategic thinker with a background in policy research and analysis, business development, and program design. The team at the Lab love Mira’s ability to connect the strategic dots, and her commitment to deeply understanding the perspectives of everyone in the room. Secretly, Mira always hoped she’d become an Olympic high jumper. As it turns out, working for the Lab is sometimes just as adrenaline fuelled. When she’s not working at the Lab, you’ll find Mira (re-)teaching herself to play chess, or inventing recipes with forgotten veggies in the back of her fridge.

In a previous life, Mira was part of Tetra Tech’s Future Economies Practice working on solutions for sustainable growth in the Indo-Pacific. Before that, she was living in Central and Eastern Indonesia, getting first-hand exposure to Australia’s development and foreign policy engagements with Australia’s biggest neighbour. She’s also spent time working as a behaviour therapist, delivering and evaluating home-based early childhood interventions for children with disabilities.

Mira is currently honing her technical skillset in policy design, research, analysis, and engagement with a Master of Public Policy, specialising in International Policy.
